
I offer a 4 week Meditation course to those wishing to start and maintain a meditation practice. Each week you receive a one-2-one session online with me where you learn the techniques of yogic meditation and troubleshoot what methods work and don’t work for you at this time. Background philosophy and history of yogic traditions comes into the teaching to give you a grounding and an overview of where the practice originates from. Gentle encouragement and self-enquiry if the objective of the course, with weekly course notes released as you progress. Homework is a big part of it- but this is practical, not theoretical; we learn by doing on this programme.
The course costs just £60 for the 4 weeks, which includes 4 x 1 hour sessions online with myself.
Following on from the course many students continue with their practice and feel more confident about attending meditation retreats or workshops locally, which is often of interest to those whose attention has come to meditation and a spiritual practice, although, the course is taught in a secular manner it does of course touch on belief and religion as these bear an influence on how yogic meditation took shape and changed over millennia.
