DESCRIPTION:Level 1+ Bailgate Methodist Church rooms LN1.\nA new yoga class aimed at all levels of practitioners (including beginners). \nA hatha informed class featuring mat based muscle conditioning work\, standing postures for balance and strength\, and some calming seated postures for spinal mobility and breath awareness. Ending with a decent savasana (5 mins) and sometimes pranayama…. This style of yoga helps you develop a deeper awareness of the breath and energy levels\, mobility and strength. Limited to 12 spaces you will get assistance and help where needed during the class. Alignment is a key focus and so if that’s an area you wish to improve on please come along and we can address this here.
