A mobility class held for a Saturday morning, held in the cosy room at Bailgate Methodist Church this class is slower and more grounding than usual. A small group of approximately 6 attendees are likely in this lesson. Doors open at 10am following the end of the previous class. Mats provided if you havent got your own.
