10:10-11:05am Smooth Saturdays Beginners/Level 1 @ Bailgate Methodist Church Rooms. This is a gentle way to start your Saturday- for those just starting out and very suitable for those who have reduced mobility; this is a slower paced class to stretch tired achy bodies, bring life in to the joints, and receive guided relaxation towards the end. Aimed at those who feel a bit excluded from my other classes due to pace and strength demands; this one is a Plank free zone!

How to Self Soothe Workshop on 14th January 2-4pm;

A 2 hour workshop on How to Self Soothe….
A bit of different way to spend a couple of hours on Valentines Day….

I’m sharing body work techniques that really work for multiple issues and difficult moments we all experience.

Self soothing is a skill most of us don’t learn until we really need it; a health crisis, a relationship breakdown, a financial crisis, or when negative patterns have become ingrained in your way of life.

This isn’t a cure or group therapy- it’s not spiritually heavy or aimed at getting you on your feet; You’re probably already on your feet and functioning well. You don’t need to be overwhelmed or dysfunctional to be in a skills workshop, -we all need to soothe the self when things come up. If you’re aware enough of your inner world that you feel things do come up and that when they do- you don’t know how to bring yourself down to earth, then this workshop would be a worthwhile thing.

Limited to 8 spaces.

You don’t need to have done yoga before.

You don’t need to be fit or bendy (it’s not that kind of session).

Please note; this isn’t group therapy, no one shares anything in the session, I guide you through the whole two hours, you experience techniques and you get a digital handout at the end.
