This is a gentle way to start your Saturday- for those just starting out and very suitable for those who have reduced mobility; this is a slower paced class to stretch tired achy bodies, bring life in to the joints, and receive guided relaxation towards the end. Aimed at those who feel a bit excluded from my other classes due to pace and strength demands; this one is a Plank free zone!
