Commencing the 2nd April, a new class will begin in Heighington Jubilee Hall, starting at 6pm for an hour this slow vinyasa flow will be suitable for all levels.

The hall features a vaulted ceiling, it’s warm and spacious and will be an ideal setting for your weekly yoga class. Ticket price is £9 a session, and you are most welcome to come and join me to either refresh or begin your yoga practice. Any questions reach out and I will try my best to answer!
